Review the logo agreement
You represent that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights and permission to use, every logo, emblem, insignia, trademark, illustration, photograph, or other material submitted to WAYBOUND Watches.
You authorize WAYBOUND Watches to reproduce, resize, recolor, simplify, adapt, and otherwise prepare the submitted material as reasonably necessary to develop, present, source, assemble, and fulfill the requested project. Production constraints may require minor changes to line weight, proportions, color, or fine detail. Production will not begin until the final design is approved.
You agree not to submit material that infringes another party’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; violates applicable law or policy; or falsely suggests endorsement or official authorization. You accept responsibility for the material you provide and agree to supply evidence of authorization when requested.
WAYBOUND Watches may decline any logo or project at its discretion.
